we do understand that damages may occur during transit, so if your order is received damaged please contact us via email at glosquad@kanti.us with your order # & a photo of the injured item(s) and we will work with you to exchange or replace your item.

 

lost / stolen packages

kanti is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. we know that sometimes things happen, but the good news is – if your order does go missing for any reason, and you have selected priority shipping service, you are eligible for insurance coverage through the courier up to $50 USD. you will have to contact the courier directly to file a claim and get help with an investigation. if you need more help, please contact us with your claim number at glosquad@kanti.us and we'll do our best to assist you.
