currently, we only ship to the mainland united states, canada, and the uk. we're working super hard to make kanti available to errbody!

do you ship to P.O box addresses?

when will my order ship?

processing currently takes 1-2 business days and orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. you can get more deetz about shipping here.

do you accept returns?

sorry, boo! all sales are final. however, if there's an issue or defect with your order, please contact us and we'll work it out & replace or exchange your item.

my item arrived damaged. what should I do?

here at kanti, we do our very best to carefully inspect each item before we ship to our glofriends. however, we know that sometimes sh*t happens 🤷🏽‍♀️. if your item arrives damaged, please email glosquad@kanti.us with a photo of the damaged item so we can help you out!

what should I do if my order is lost or stolen?

kanti is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. we know that sometimes things happen, but the good news is – if your order does go missing for any reason, you are eligible for insurance coverage through the courier up to $50 USD. you will have to contact the courier directly to file a claim and get help with an investigation. if you need more help, please contact us with your claim number at glosquad@kanti.us and we'll do our best to assist you.
