my item arrived damaged. what should I do?
here at kanti, we do our very best to carefully inspect each item before we ship to our glofriends. however, we know that sometimes sh*t happens 🤷🏽♀️. if your item arrives damaged, please email glosquad@kanti.us with a photo of the damaged item so we can help you out!
what should I do if my order is lost or stolen?
kanti is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. we know that sometimes things happen, but the good news is – if your order does go missing for any reason, you are eligible for insurance coverage through the courier up to $50 USD. you will have to contact the courier directly to file a claim and get help with an investigation. if you need more help, please contact us with your claim number at glosquad@kanti.us and we'll do our best to assist you.
